Cancellation Policy

According to the “Consumer Contracts Act § 18 para. 2 no. 12", tickets purchased online are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

If an event is cancelled, the ticket will of course be refunded and the amount will be automatically refunded to the withdrawn payment account. Museum Mors will contact you directly if there is a cancellation.

Tickets purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged at the museums.

Fees are non-refundable.
