Prices
All prices at Museum Mors are in Danish kroner (DKK). Tickets are VAT-free and will be specified on the receipt. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We also reserve the right to sell out of events.

Payment
Museum Mors accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard.
The payment will be deducted from your account when the ticket is issued. All amounts are in DKK and include a transaction fee of DKK 5.
We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued tickets.

Delivery of Tickets
Experience tickets and order confirmations are always sent to the provided email address.
The responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as the consumer when you receive the ticket.
Once you have paid for an experience, the ticket will be sent to the provided email address. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, contact us directly for assistance.
You should verify that the contents of the email and ticket match the order and confirmation.

Requirements upon Arrival for the Experience
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the experience begins. Upon arrival, you must present your booking confirmation or ticket as proof of purchase.

Price and Printing Errors
We reserve the right for pricing and printing errors on our website, social media, newsletters, and other mailings, and we reserve the right to cancel an order in case of significant or apparent errors.

Weather Conditions
Safety and comfort are our top priorities. Sometimes, the weather may make it impossible to conduct the experience. If this occurs, the responsible organizer will contact you to arrange a new date.

Cancellation by the Organizer
Our organizers will do their best to ensure the experience can proceed. However, unforeseen circumstances like illness or weather conditions may necessitate a cancellation. In such cases, you will be contacted by phone/SMS and then by email.
If the cancellation is due to insufficient participants, planning errors, or similar reasons, it will be communicated no later than 2 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of the timing, alternative booking dates will be made available. If this is not possible, you are entitled to a refund.

Security
Through our software provider Understory, we use SSL, ensuring that your credit card information is encrypted.
When paying by credit card, you are protected against misuse as you can dispute a charge through your bank. Additionally, there is no liability on your part in case of credit card misuse in an online store that uses SSL. Museum Mors uses SSL, meaning your credit card information is processed securely.

Validity / Right of Withdrawal
The validity of admission tickets is noted on the ticket sent via email in PDF format.
Student tickets are only valid upon presenting a valid student ID. Discounted tickets are only valid upon presenting a valid discount agreement.

Right of Withdrawal
According to the "Danish Consumer Contracts Act §18, subsection 2, no. 12," tickets purchased online are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
If an event is canceled, the ticket will naturally be refunded, and the amount will automatically be returned to the account from which the payment was made. Museum Mors will contact you directly in case of a cancellation.
Tickets purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged at the museums.
Fees are non-refundable.

Defects
Museum Mors assumes no responsibility for errors or delays in delivery due to technical issues on the buyer's end or errors in the email address provided by the buyer.
The ticket is a bearer document, and the buyer is responsible for any misuse of online tickets.
If the customer demonstrates original defects in the delivered item, Museum Mors is obligated, at no cost to the customer, to remedy the defect or replace the item. However, the customer must contact Museum Mors at +45 97723421 or email henny.holm@museummors.dk.
If Museum Mors deems it impossible to remedy the defect or replace the item, damages will be compensated according to the provisions outlined under "Liability and Limitation of Liability."
In cases of proven defects, the customer cannot demand a full or partial refund or a proportional reduction in the purchase price.

Liability and Limitation of Liability
Danish law applies, with the following limitations: Museum Mors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as transportation costs.
Museum Mors’ liability is financially limited to the amount the customer was to pay for the defective service.

Privacy Policy
To complete a purchase on our website, we need the following information from you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Personal Data
We register your personal data to deliver the product to you.
Your personal data is stored by Museum Mors for five years, after which it will be deleted. If you have used your experience, most of your data will be deleted 30 days after the experience. Name and address will still be stored for five years, in accordance with accounting laws.
When collecting personal data via our website, we ensure this occurs with your explicit consent.

Your rights:

  • You can request to correct or delete incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant data.

Cookies
Museum Mors uses cookies to optimize the website and improve your visit. You can delete cookies at any time.
